THE GOLDEN RULE POLICY
Be nice. Treat everyone in the studio as you want to be treated. Abusive, rude, discriminatory, threatening, dangerous or plain old stupid behavior and/or language is a non-starter. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this criteria.
Grip Socks are required for in all classes for your safety and that of our team. If you arrive to class without grip socks, we have options available for purchase.
All sales are final.
Class packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be prorated.
All reservations can be made through the online reservation platform powered by Mindbody on our website or via text. Classpass Members may also access scheduling via the ClassPass platform however this does not include Memberships to PPSLK.

The schedule is subject to change without notice.
If the schedule changes, including class cancelations, we will do our best to communicate via email and/or text messages.
We are not responsible for accuracy on third party platforms such as Classpass, Mindbody, Google etc. as we have no control of those systems.
LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW POLICY
An 8hr cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the class, no exceptions.
If you late cancel: You lose your class.
If you no show: You will be charged $15 AND lose your class.
WAIT LIST POLICY
If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens, you will automatically be added to that class (12 hours or more before start time). Please log in and check your schedule to make sure you are enrolled — do not rely on text or email notifications, you are responsible for monitoring your status.
The waitlist closes 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If a spot opens less than 12 hours before class, you will not get in via the waitlist, but you may check app or website and reserve if a spot opens up.
If you Reserve/Wait-list yourself for more than one class in a day, or more than is allowed by your package, you are responsible for the purchase of and/or any cancellation penalties for all classes that you reserve and get bumped into from the waitlist.
No upfront commitment required!
Membership packages will auto renew monthly on the date of your first purchase and your credit card on file will be charged monthly on the date of your first purchase.
To cancel your membership, simply notify us via email to email@example.com at least 20 days prior to your next billing date. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 1st of the month, email us no later than November 10th in order to not be charged on December 1st.
Unused class credits do not roll over to the following month.
Membership can be placed on hold ("suspended") for up to 2 months for $25 administration fee (Fee will be waived if you submit a doctor's note). Please submit your request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional classes beyond your weekly limit can be taken for $15 as long as you have an active membership.
Standard Late Cancel, No-show, Waitlist and Multiple Reservation policy applies.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE PILATES PLUS?
The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. We recommend three times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. But some students love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. It’s up to you.
