X-Treme

Our most advanced class. X-TREME is a shirt-drenching, fat burning, pumped-up workout. The most innovative and aggressive approach to full body conditioning to date. Moving effectively out of the borders of conditioned stimulus, this workout integrates the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance in a sequence that allows for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction.

Class time is 50 minutes.

Long And lean

This 50 minute complete body workout is Pilates + Weight and Resistance Training, but with stretch and restorative movements incorporated. Focus is on form and slow, controlled movements.

Total body workout

This 50 minute complete body workout is Pilates + Weight and Resistance Training. These classes will strengthen AND tone muscles quickly while burning fat. Our SPX classes transition quickly from one move to the next, so you can expect an accelerated heart rate and caloric burn. You will look forward to the positive changes your body will feel immediately after this low impact, high intensity class.
