Lisa’s road to health and fitness began 25 years ago when she took her first Spinning class with Johnny G. Three months later and forty pounds lighter it was obvious that Spinning had sparked a passion for staying fit and eating properly! Shortly after that she found Lagree Fitness and knew she wanted to become certified! Spinning and Lagree fitness along with a dedicated yoga practice has helped her find a balance of peace and strength. In addition to her Lagree Fitness certification she is also a Mad Dogg certified Spinning instructor, Reiki certified and trained in TRX. She’s currently studying functional health and nutrition.
