Pilates Plus Silver Lake runs Technique Workshops every week. They are great for beginners wanting to ease their way into Pilates Plus, or for clients wanting to refine their style. Run at a much slower pace than the regular classes, to allow for more individual instruction, each workshop lasts 60 minutes and costs $35. Please note: Technique Workshops are NOT included in any class series or unlimited package.
