Class Types
There are two different types of group class to choose from:
50-minute SPX Total Body Workout
60-minute Workshop ($35 per class, not included in any packages)

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.

Book Classes

An 8hr cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the class, no exceptions. Regular Session members will lose that session. Clients on all other packages will lose the session for a no show (absence without an ONLINE cancellation) and $10 for a late ONLINE cancellation (less than 8hrs before the class start time). Fees will be charged to your credit card on file.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLASSES WITH FEWER THAN TWO CLIENTS SIGNED-UP EIGHT HOURS BEFORE THE START TIME WILL BE CANCELLED. YOUR CLASS CREDIT, IF ALREADY DEDUCTED, WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Critical Analysis
$35 which includes: full client orientation on SPX machine; one-on-one critical analysis of posture, flexibility, endurance; demonstration of exercise modifications to optimize your workout.

Three special packages are available:
• $119 for eight classes a month (30 days)
• $169 for 12 classes a month (30 days)
• $199 for 15 classes a month (30 days)
$15 for extra classes

$1095 for 50 Sessions
These packages are valid for one year.

We offer private training when we don't have classes scheduled. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

One-on-One Training
$85 per session
$120 per session with Chava or Master Trainer
$800 per package of 10 sessions (not with Chava or Master Trainer)

Semi-Private Training (You & a Friend)
$120 per session ($160 with Chava or Master Trainer)
$1,150 per package of 10 sessions (no discounts for Chava or Master Trainer)
