CLASS TYPES
There are three different types of group class to choose from:
40-minute SPX Total Body Workout
55-minute SPX Total Body Workout
60-minute Total Body Technique Workshop ($35 per class, not included in any packages)

Both 40-minute and 55-minute classes are the same price but can be included in any quantity and combination in all unlimited packages.

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.

Book Classes

A 24hr cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the class, no exceptions. Regular Session members will lose that session and Unlimited Special members will be charged $25 for a no show (absence without an ONLINE cancellation) and $15 for a late ONLINE cancellation (less than 24hrs before the class start time).  Fees will be charged to your credit card on file.

UNLIMITED SPECIALS
$249 Regular Unlimited Package - Available to all members at all times. This month of unlimited classes (one per day) package is purchased month to month with no extended commitment.

Pre-Pay Six-Month Unlimited Package - Sign up for a six-month commitment and receive each month for only $225. This package of monthly unlimited classes (one per day) is available for purchase online when you pay for all six months in one payment.  

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates of any value over $35 available. Please call us to purchase.

 private training

We offer private training when we don't have classes scheduled. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
$85.00 per session
$750 per package of 10 sessions
$1,400 per package of 20 sessions

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
(YOU & A FRIEND)
$120.00 per session
$1,000 per package of 10 sessions

CHARTERED CLASSES
(YOU & UP TO NINE FRIENDS)
$350 per session

Clients who have not booked a session within a six-month period need to contact the studio to have their account re-activated.
