I am so excited to bring Pilates plus to the Silver Lake community! System Dynamique changed my life – no, really – and it can change yours as well.

When I was younger I was very active, had boundless energy and a great physique. I took it for granted.  Then I found myself pushing 30 and had some serious paying back to do to my body. I hadn't exercised, really exercised, in eight years and I felt overwhelmed at even the thought of it. 

My first lesson at Pilates Plus was hard. I felt awkward and unsure of myself but, after a month or so, I felt fantastic.  I was feeling better and looking better than ever before, pushing my body harder than I ever had. 

I felt powerful, strong, and able to accomplish anything.  My whole lifestyle changed.  I had become the person I always secretly envied.

Pilates Plus gave me a great body but it’s so much more than that.  I had self control, self confidence, and a renewed energy.  I was living again and I was loving it. That’s why I enrolled in Sebastien’s training program, so that I could share my new found passion with others.
